Retail Stores (CHBL) are entitled to receive support under the annual program 'CỬA HÀNG ĐỒNG HÀNH' (Companion Store) by SIAM BROTHERS VIETNAM TRADING AND SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED, announced yearly and convertible into the company's products. Reward dates: As per the company's regulations Retail Stores comply with the terms of this cooperation agreement.
The company will support Retail Stores in brand promotion activities at their stores at various times during the effective period of this agreement.
Retail Stores will be given priority support in product training, technical knowledge, and sales skills according to the company's standards.
The company will provide support and supply materials, and signage at Retail Stores to distinguish genuine products from counterfeit, imitation, and non-company manufactured goods.
Responsibilities
Retail Stores commit to selling only the company's products and not to sell any products in the same category as those of competitors with the company.
Retail Stores commit not to sell products below the company's specified prices in the region. They also commit not to engage in price-cutting, selling at prices lower than those set for Distributors/Agents in the same region selling to retail stores, and fishermen.
Retail Stores voluntarily commit to complying with the terms of this agreement.
Retail Stores must provide support to the company in introducing and presenting the company's products at their stores throughout this agreement.
Retail Stores must promptly supply all products of the company to end-users.
Furthermore, to ensure sustainable development and maintain the corporate reputation, Siam Brothers Vietnam extends several rights and common requirements for all company partners as follows:
Partner Rights:
Permission to use brand images for communication purposes.
Access to product knowledge training, display skills, and sales training.
Consultation on product selection based on each location and layout arrangement.
Participation in pre-season ordering, and guidance on selecting products suitable for each market area.
Support and interaction with the brand's marketing activities throughout the collaboration.
Requirements for Partners:
Possession of legally compliant business premises.
Stable financial investment capital.
Commitment to selling at the correct prices and adherence to brand promotional programs.
Commitment to implementing communication programs as per the brand's regulations.
Commitment to ensuring the security of cooperative information between the two parties.
