Le Thuy commune is one of the zones most heavily affected by flood in Quang Binh province, facing the risk of water rising again and two new storms, so the presence of SBVN in this locality is like a fire to warm up people's spirit, giving them more strength to overcome the immediate difficulties.

Despite many difficulties in traveling, SBVN still tried to deliver meaningful gifts in person
In addition, the relief team has also combined with local militia in rescue operations in the flood center. SBVN received timely help from Hai Ninh and Ngu Thuy fishermen, who were not afraid of danger, rushing into the flood and storm response team in the harshest conditions. This is the time when SBVN deeply feels the compatriots in the flood, and that urges us to do more good things for the community and society.

Mrs. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh, representative of Siam Brothers Vietnam, presents cash and gifts to Quang Binh province
Sharing about the reason why SBVN was present in Quang Binh, Mrs. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh said emotionally, "As soon as we heard about the flood, me and the Board of Directors started planning to carry out relief trips. When we witnessed with our own eyes the houses and families flooded and isolated in the water, we couldn't help it. That's it when we have to act quickly and do something with responsibility and heart. However, due to the complicated rain and flood situation, our team only carried out relief work at a few locations in Quang Binh. With the remaining gift, our team will continue to visit other damaged areas after the storms subside to contribute to rebuilding people's lives after storms and floods.
In parallel with providing direct relief at locations affected by floods and rains, SBVN also plans to develop "Sea People's Shock Squadron". This will be a place to train more rescue skills in timely response and programs to regenerate the environment.
