The series of activities for the 'Customer Conference' program commenced on October 12, 2022, in Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province. Thanh Hoa is a hub for fishing boats in the North Central region, where fishermen have long relied on and trusted the chicken rope products manufactured by Siam Brothers Vietnam. Therefore, the company visited Thanh Hoa to meet with loyal customers in this area. During the conference, the company guided customers on how to distinguish genuine company products and introduced and demonstrated the use of the SBVN ID application developed by Siam Brothers Vietnam (details about the SBVN ID application can be found here). The company's next journey took place in Nghe An on November 7, 2022. Nghe An is known as a 'Land of Heroes,' giving birth to many talented individuals for the nation. Siam Brothers Vietnam was fortunate to have the opportunity to organize a conference in Nghe An to meet with customers in this region. The program's content still revolved around familiar topics such as introducing the company's main line of chicken ropes, upcoming new product lines, identifying genuine ropes, and the SBVN ID application, along with gifts as a token of gratitude for customers who have accompanied and bonded with the company. The last location for the program "Customer Conference" in 2022 is Vung Tau, taking place on December 13, 2022. Vung Tau is one of the areas with a high concentration of fishing vessels in the southern region. In recent years, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has brought significant value to the fisheries sector in Vietnam. Therefore, Siam Brothers Vietnam has actively implemented many activities and established multiple stores in the Vung Tau region to provide the best fishing gear and support for fishermen to confidently go offshore. The framework of the program still includes introducing the company's main products as well as new products, guiding how to identify Siam ropes, downloading and using SBVN ID, and offering attractive gifts through the lucky spin on the company's customer care SBVN ID app. Particularly, the conference was honored by the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Chairman of the BOD) of Siam Brothers Vietnam, Mr. Veerapong Sawatyanon, and the CEO of the company, Mrs. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh. Mr. Veerapong shared insights into the company's future direction and also visited long-term distributors with the company. Mrs. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh also spoke about the values of Siam Brothers Vietnam and the community activities and social responsibilities the company is developing, and continuously growing.
